NMRWA has a NM registered professional engineer on staff. Peter Nathanson has over 25 years experience in water/wastewater engineering, permitting and regulations, and system start-up and operation. He is now available to provide these valuable services to our Members at a reduced rate:

Project scoping and preliminary engineering reports
Funding assistance
Assistance with request for qualifications, proposal and bid packages, and project award procedures
Plan and specification package review
Engineering liaison with engineer of record, contractors, vendors, and agency representatives
General project oversight and close-out, including verification of contracted deliverables
Special project engineering
Each project will be scoped based on your specific needs. NMRWA will provide a scope of work plus a ‘not to exceed’ cost estimate.
