Online Training Registration Form
Use this form to register for NMRWA training sessions. Please fill out all information, and indicate which session you will be attending. Submit one form per person.
Training Information
NMED Facility Operations Section has issued permanent Operator ID Numbers for all certified operators. Please contact them directly to obtain your Operator ID number.
If you are not yet certified, you will be required to give your Social Security Number at the training session until you are assigned an Operator ID number.
